OnePlus is doing all it can to keep up the hype of the upcoming OnePlus 6. Even before the device is official, we already know the in’s and out’s of the next flagship smartphone. The company knows this and has started a trade-in program for the phone.
The OnePlus 6 trade-in offer is available only for OnePlus users. Anyone with the OnePlus 3, 3T, 5 and 5T can sign up for the program. Anyone using the OnePlus One, OnePlus 2 or the OnePlus X are out of luck.
If you are planning to trade-in the most recent OnePlus 5T, you can expect as much as £280. Trading in an older model with fetch in even less money.
If you want my suggestion, it’s best if you sell your old phone on eBay and get yourself the OnePlus 6 separately. This way, you will save a lot of money. However, if you value your time and want to get rid of your old phone and get the newest phone available, then trade-in is the way to go.
