Microsoft Outlook finally ads an update which now makes it available for those using their Android Wear devices to check their emails and messages.

This week, we’re bringing the best of Outlook to Android Wear. Stop reaching out for your phone, everything is now happening on your watch. Check your Outlook notifications, read your new emails and reply with pre-set messages or voice dictation right from your wrist. It’s never been that easy to manage your inbox.

It’s another set of options available to you, if you prefer to use Microsoft’s services for your documents instead of Google’s offerings. The Android platform has always catered to those who prefer choice versus a locked down ecosystem where the options are limited.

Microsoft says you can experience:

• Seamless inbox management with a focused inbox that displays your most important messages first, swipe gestures and smart filters.

• Easy access to calendar and files right from your inbox.

• Features to work on the go, like Word, Excel and PowerPoint integrations.

As of this writing, the app has a user rating of 3.7. Some users are complaining about broken notifications, syncing issues and random app resets just to name a few.

Microsoft will want to address some of the complaints in the near future to improve the user experience for its Outlook on Android Wear.

If you have an Android smartwatch and care about staying on top of your Outlook email messages, then you can head on over to the Play Store and download the free version today.
